You must have ALL of the following for your account to be active: your full name, your street address, city, state or province, country, zip or postcode, a valid phone number, your date of birth, and a valid email address. P.O. boxes are not acceptable as valid street addresses.

If you use a cell or business phone number or a business address it may take from several days to several weeks to verify all of your information.
The harder it is to verify all of your information the longer it will take to activate your account!

You will receive a registration confirmation email within a few minutes of your registration. When your account is activated you will receive another confirmation email. If you use a spam filter make sure it can accept mail from equineauctions.com.

If your account information changes and you do not update it in the system or if your email bounces due to not being valid, your account and any pending auctions and / or bids will be immediatly disabled. If we cannot contact you, your account and active auctions and / or bids will be deleted.
We conduct random checks regularly so please make it a point to keep your registration information up to date (click "DETAILS" under your members area).

If, when you register, your email is returned as undeliverable, and you do not have a valid phone number, we will have no way to contact you, therefore, your account will be terminated immediately! You will have to re-register with complete and valid information before your account can be activated.
