Login to your account then select the "details" icon. Your account balance is shown in the top field of your user information. If you have a balance due there will be a link to PayPal or Authorize.net after the first billing cycle has run on either the 1st or 15th of the month.
Remove a bid (buyer)?
We understand that circumstances come up on occasion that will legitimately prevent someone from following through on a transaction. All we ask is that you notify us as soon as possible HERE so we can retract your bid and contact the seller to let them know why your bid was removed.

Create a Saved Search?
A saved search will email you immediately when an item you are looking for is posted on the site. To create a saved search: Login: In your members area click on "Auction Watch" Enter the keyword or search phrase you are interested in. Click "GO" It's that easy! Now when items you are looking for are posted you'll get an email notification as soon as the item is listed.
Set up PayPal direct pay?
Log in to EquineAuctions.com. Click on the "DETAILS" icon in your members area. Scroll down to the "PAYMENT SYSTEMS" area. Fill in the email address that you use for your PayPal account.
Log out of your members area on EquineAuctions.com Login to your paypal account. Click on the "profile" tab at the far right of the lower tab bar. Under "Selling Preferences" select "Instant Payment Notification Preferences" (6th down list). Click "Edit" and then check the "Instant Payment Notification..." box. Enter http://www.equineauctions.com/paymentprocess.php in the "Notification URL" field. Click "Save" You should see the message "You have successfully activated Instant Payment Notification." Verify that "Instant Payment Notification (IPN)" is set to "On" Verify that the "Instant Payment Notification (IPN)" URL: is set to "http://www.equineauctions.com/paymentprocess.php" If all of the information is correct you have successfully set up your PayPal IPN.
Log out of PayPal. This will automatically update a buyers status as paid when paid via direct pay. (If your PayPal Instant Payment Notification (IPN) is not set up, or does not have the correct URL it will not remove the amount due for users that have paid via direct pay).
Non paying bidders
What happens if I have a bidder that does not pay?
EquineAuctions.com believes that non-paying bidders only serve to discourage honest people from doing business with our site. Non-paying bidders are (regardless of their excuses) stealing from EquineAuctions.com and the people who's items they have bid on and won. We have a “ZERO TOLERENCE” policy on this and will SUSPEND any user who does not follow through on their transaction(s). If you have a non paying bidder Please post negative feedback for them, then contact us HERE and let us know the auction number for the item so we can refund your final value fees. This will allow is to take the appropriate action against the non-paying bidder(s)

We understand that you may have your horse or other item listed for sale several places. All we ask is that you notify us as soon as possible if you horse or item(s) are no longer for sale. Contact us HERE so we can contact any affected bidders and remove the auction.
