He needs to find a new home soon, as I do not have the facilities for 4 stallions, and I hate to geld him. Answer
No, there is no reserve. I simply have too many horses, and need to get some into new homes. I have many more available, and am working on getting more posted.

Thanks for your response. I can use a good stallion and one or two mares. Must be pure arabian with a good bloodline. Mine are color bay and black. Last time I missed the closing, will watch carefully this time
